CJK-OSM5 Official Agency +82-2-3446-2903 by Fax.
- Receipt will be sent to you after your payment is received.
- A copy of your passport and the bank remittance receipt should be faxed to the symposium
secretariat at 82-2-3446-2903.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat.
Cancellation will be accepted up to and including May 26, 2008 with a refund of all pre-paid fees minus a 5% cancellation charge.
No conference refund will be given for cancellations received after this date.
